All good design starts with principles. 

Inclusive design means making space for all voices, through feedback throughout the entire design process. True human-centered design happens when the people impacted by a solution are part of shaping it. This means valuing lived experience as much as formal expertise, and actively inviting diverse perspectives into the design conversation. Everyone deserves to be heard—better design begins with better listening.
